The Youth of the Year (YOY) online application portal is strictly for entry of state-level YOY applications. This application is for the YOY candidate selected to represent your organization at a state YOY event. The application that is submitted will be used for successive YOY stages. The portal account must be created and managed by a Club staff member (YOY advsior) who is guiding and working together with the YOY candidate on their application.
